The Brief

This project included a fully responsive re-design and re-platform to an industry leader and focused more on a premium/higher end feel and integrate with a dealer management system to track the lead from start to delivery of the vehicle.

The objective of this entire project was to generate higher quality enquiries as well as increase them and reduce the overall time it takes to capture and process customer data from the start of the journey through to order forms, handovers and feedback requests.

This was achieved by improving the time it took to get vehicles advertised, increase the accuracy and quality of the data and detail of each vehicle as well as showcase a series of videos, 360 degree imagery and HD images. A direct integration between the website and the DMS meant data accuracy had drastically increased as well as compliance.
